Thank you for your interest in our brand new community, Holtzer Park! Our community will be home to 62 residences, ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, with rents made affordable to a wide variety of households with various income levels. To ensure equitable access to our affordably priced homes, our community is required to hold a Housing Lottery. As the community is currently under construction, we are not currently conducting in-person tours. Virtual tours and renderings will be made available on this website, under "Photos". Homes will tentatively be available for initial occupancy in May 2022. See below regarding rental information and how to apply!

Rent Information and Income Qualifications

• Minimum income standard (homes without rental assistance) is based on gross monthly household income being at least 2.5x the monthly rent. Minimum income limits do not apply if household receives mobile housing assistance (VASH, Section 8, MRVP, etc.).

• Rental assistance available for 21 of the total 62 homes. Rents for these 21 homes will not exceed 30% of gross household income.
